2. Description of Service
LibSoar provides a cloud-based library management platform that enables libraries to manage students, attendance, payments, and operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring compliance with these terms by all users under your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment Terms
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LibSoar and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LibSoar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

You agree to indemnify and hold LibSoar harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
